Hi.. the cake looks so elegant.. can you share the recipe for the frosting and the procedure to get the smooth finish.. also should we refrigerate such cakes?
Thank you! The frosting is just a basic butter cream and I use a Wilton scraper to get the sides so smooth. I always frost my cakes when they are frozen. It helps get a crisp top edge. And yes! I always keep my cakes refrigerated until just before the event.
