Tropical Cupcakes

Pineapple coconut flavored cupcakes, coconut butter cream frosting and fondant hibiscus flowers. They were SOO yummy, plus gluten free!

It started with making my kids cakes so I could eat them because I have a gluten intolerance. It has evolved into a love of making cakes.
